Seminar Registration Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

If for any reason you would like to cancel your registration, you must provide notice to Tammy Pozerycki at tammy@pleasantriesads.com or 508-335-1968 prior to the seminar date.  For cancellation, Pleasantries will provide a refund of $125.00.  There is a $100.00 cancellation fee per $225.00 payment.  If you’ve paid by PayPal, your credit card will be refunded within seven days of notice of cancellation.  If you’ve paid by check, you will receive a refund check within seven days of notice of cancellation.

Rescheduling Policy

If for any reason you would like to reschedule your registration, you must provide notice to Tammy Pozerycki at tammy@pleasantriesads.com or 508-335-1968 prior to the seminar date.  Tammy will provide you with available upcoming seminar dates and will work with you to reschedule your registration.  If you choose to cancel your registration completely, please see the “Cancelation Policy” above.  If you choose to reschedule, we will apply your $225.00 payment to the rescheduled seminar date. You are responsible to pay an additional fee of $50.00 which must be made prior to the rescheduled seminar date.
