About the Director

Tammy Pozerycki, Owner and Director of
Pleasantries Adult Day Services, has extensive
experience in the field of healthcare including long-
term care nursing settings, assisted living facilities,
adult day services, home health and hospice,  
individual and family counseling, as well as,
community-based services for older adults.  
Positions held include:  Social Worker, Alzheimer’s
Program Director, Clinical Liaison, and Director of
Community Resource Development.  Tammy
worked as an independent Geriatric Care Manager.  
She holds a Master’s Degree in Counseling
Psychology.
About our Care Partners

Our care partners are caring and compassionate  
individuals who dedicate their day to our guests.  
Our care partners are certified in CPR and First Aid.
They receive ongoing training in Alzheimer's care.  
They have various backgrounds including
healthcare, education, program development, and
senior services.  As part of employment with
Pleasantries, our care partners' references and
backgrounds are properly checked.
